The grounds maintenance period usually lasts 12 months following practical completion, during which time a number of visits shall be undertaken. During each visit the following shall be completed: checking of all trees and shrubs; undertake weeds control and weed removal from all areas and cut grass using appropriate mowing equipment as per the specification.
